This was my first visit and I was excited because the reviews were really good. First, the cashier was really nice. She helped with my menu selections. I had the fried catfish plate, fried clams and calamari (I wanted to sample a few items). I also tried the homemade lemonade, which was off the chain, but a little pricey. I had to wait 10 minutes for my food (was hoping for a complimentary drink-not) and I requested they not fry my fish too hard, but they did anyway. Taste wise the catfish was good, just fried too hard. Now the clams and the calamari was tasteless to me and also fried too hard; however the sauce was good and made up for the taste. The fries were really good too with ketchup lol. Would I go again, yes, but I think I might try something off the grill, which looked really good. Speaking of looks the catfish looked like it was fried too hard, which is why I asked they not fry mines hard--maybe he didn't get the request. I would suggest checking your food, particularly if it's take out to make sure all your requests were honored. When I went there, there were only a few people in and out, but the facility is fairly large, the decor is good, it was clean and it didn't smell like fish, which is a must if I am going to eat their fish. Overall a good place with great potential.

This place is very "okay." The fried catfish was decent, nice breading and healthy portions. The fried shrimp had no flavor. I had to make my own cocktail sauce with ketchup and horseradish (which was nice that they had fresh.) The staff was not rude but was not exceptionally friendly and the decor was very dated and looked like it needed a good dusting. Overall it was not worth the money I spent. I could have gotten equal value for the food at a Red Lobster and felt better about the sanitary conditions (and that isn't supposed to be a compliment to RL.)

Great place being going to establishment for sometime. Good food serve hot. Pleasant atmosphere. Great gathering place to see former colleagues.

They serve true catfish!! Not that disgusting Swai that restaurants are trying to serve and calling it catfish. The guy was so confident that he let us try a piece before we purchased. The food was good! Service was good! Will return.

This place is a great casual place for some fish. They also have gumbo and some other menu choices. This is our favorite local place for fish.
