This was by far the worst service I have EVER experienced. There were 5 to tables with 8 to 10 servers including one in training. Sterling our server never came to take our order after sitting there for 15 minutes the manager took our order. All Sterling did was drop off chips and salsa. The manager even collected payments. The poor table across from us waited twice as long as we did and they were there before us. Sterling should consider McDonald's before waiting tables in a actual restaurant. The manager gave us each a free queso gift card...GREAT I WILL USE IT AT ANY OTHER LOCATION THAN 75 AND 15TH IN PLANO

Walk was seated very quickly, this location seemed to have a great bar crowd. So seating for a family dinner was plentiful. Our waiter was fast to the table with hot chips and salsa. Took our drink order and returned very fast. Waited a little longer than it should of took, to take our food order, being slow with the number of people actually eating at this time. He eventually returned to take our order. My wife had quesadillas, daughter ordered Brisket Tacos, Grand Daughter had just cheese nachos. I ordered Combo Fajitas. Waiter checked back on numerous times with drink and chip refills. The orders arrived fast and hot. Everyone enjoyed their selection. Only had 2 issues. We had to ask twice for the Black Beans that came with the fajitas and tacos. The other is with the up charge for steak and chicken combo the portion was very small, the steak was very well seasoned and cooked, chicken was small chunks not even good slices. Asked for extra flour tortillas, since you only receive 3, never came.

Tonight I go there as I have done for months and enjoy the live guacamole, margaritas, and small conversations. After having a live guacamole, stuffed jalapeno peppers, 3 bowls of chips and 3 margaritas. I was stuffed and walked it off. So I went to get a tooth pick. I see the hostess there and asked one question. How tall she was, she responded 5 foot. The Bartender Amanda comes and tells me to come back to the bar. I go back, and ask her why she demanded I go back at the bar. She tells me I made the hostess uncomfortable. Not even a minute passed. I proceed to ask for my check and leave. Before doing so I find the young man that has served me on many occasions tell him about what happen as well as a manager. The manager says it's a women's lib thing. I called it insulting. I have been a good customer there for months and been kind and respectful. And tipped very well for the good service. At the bar I must add that 2 ladies to my left were political liberals with laptops. I must say I'm independent. Neutral. The other staff always enjoyed my visits and small conversations. Watch out for Amanda. You will be Judged! And insulted. The manager said he would talk to her and wished me to come back. As the waiter there had been close by to wait on me when I was low on chips and drink. I would seriously think twice about feeding a backlash of insults with your meal.

Staff very friendly. Our waitress, always came to our table making sure everything was ok. Never once did we have to ask for more tea, chips, salsa, she was super attentive

Great place for group lunches for up to 40 people. Food was good and service was average. It helps to have ordered the meals ahead of time as it took quite a while to get the food ordered and served.
