Really enjoyed my first visit here since it changed to First Watch . I wasn't a regular at The Egg & I but I think First Watch is every bit as good or better. Table was a little greasy feeling however everything except for that seemed clean and well-kept which inspires coziness the bathrooms were accordingly. I read someone else mentioned it has a hippie vibe. I don't really agree . Certainly wouldn't be a minus in this case . I had great service from Natalee. She knows what medium well means. I agree with Tom I think they use Folgers. However it was enjoyable sometimes it's nice to have a cup or two of the old brew that most of us use to drink. I was happy with what I had ordered and what I had received. It was very tasty wished it would have included more turkey sausage and that they would have a spicy version. I try to stay away from swine . It would be great to see beef bacon here. Or some beef sausage with no casing. If you're looking for a good sit-down breakfast or brunch you're probably not going to go wrong here . My wife and I really enjoyed our visit.

It was fantastic! Parking was a pain because the plaza is busy but First Watch sat us straight away. Its cozy and clean with a varied menu that is reasonably priced. Our server was Glenn, he was personable,funny & spot on with his recommendations. He went above and beyond (in my opinion)for a patron in a wheelchair when asked by family to check on them in the restroom. I don't find myself over in that area often but will definitely be stopping in when I do.

One of the best places for breakfast in the Stone Oak area. I had the trifecta which was 2 eggs, sausage and a pancake. Everything seemed to be made with quality ingredients and the service was excellent. I brought my dog and sat outside. A great choice. Highly recommend.

I expected a little more kick back, relaxed atmosphere, but it was a little more fancy, yet very nice and clean. The food presents very well and tasted okay. It was a little on the pricey side. It’s good if you’re in the mode for a higher end type atmosphere.

Really enjoy First Watch. When it first changed over from The Egg and I we were sad to see the change and there were some issues with poor service. Now that has all changed and First Watch has become a new favorite go to spot for breakfast. Love the creative menu, my wife enjoys the avocado toast and my go to is the eggs benedict. Service was great and love the atmosphere. Feels very clean.
