This used to be our favorite place to eat when in San Antonio. Stopped by last week and was shocked at how far down hill it's gone. We were the only people there except for 2 people at the bar. The waitress (who was playing hostess, waitress, and bar tender) was very friendly, but that was about the only good thing about our visit. Silverware was dirty. We ordered our usual, but everything was either bland or seasoned wrong. The Black and Blue burger tasted like it was covered in Italian seasoning instead of blackened seasoning and you couldn't taste the blue cheese. The garlic fries were sad. The Inferno burger had jalapenos on it, but that was the extent of the flavor. When we went to pay the check, they didn't give us a pen, so we were stuck there for an extra 10 minutes trying to get their attention even though there were only a handful of costumers by that point. When we finally were able to leave, the door was deadbolted shut. We had to walk to the back of the restaurant and be let out of the patio by an employee who said 'they were closed and people kept waking in, so they locked it'. It was 6pm. They were supposed to close at 1am, so I have no idea what they were talking about. A birthday group was trying to get in the door when we were in our car, but an employee unlocked the door to turn them away. We used to love this place, but we will never be back. It's a shame. They had the best black bean burgers around.

Stopped in for lunch. First time there. Everything fine took care of the tab. Went into restroom before hitting the road. It was the most disgusting thing I've ever seen. Felt sick that we just had eaten there. It had not been attended to in a really long time. Could only imagine what the kitchen looks like.

Sadly enough they've gone to the dogs. When this place opened it was alive and full of energy. They can't keep staff because hardly anyone drops by any more. My brother and I were regulars because the atmosphere there was so great with the girls and the energy started when you walked in the door. This place needs, a FIRED UP MANAGER and a team of go getters. Definitely needs advertisement is a must to wake up the area. Recommended. This is the only place I can think of THAT DOESN'T HAVE A HAPPY HOUR. Are you owners nuts? A small one with finger foods would bring you back up to par. They ran us off to Twin Peaks. GM move around and see for your self what others are doing. Don't just sore up for work and say, oh yeah another day. Make it special for everyone! Bring back the fun

Went here last night after watching a final four game. Man, what happened!? I mean a year ago there was more to this place. The atmosphere has suffered greatly. There were maybe 5 customers before my two friends and I showed up and they were just as lifeless. One bartender and one waitress whom looked like a mismatch for the job. The waitress was nice and courteous but didn’t fit the role at all. They need to move to a different location or something because I don’t know how they can stay afloat when it’s dead like this most of the time. 😶

Wow... so went here for lunch today and we sat at the bar. The staff was professional and very nice. Management....not so much. When we received our menu we were also given a piece of paper to show what they were out of. Close to 10 or so items. No problem we selected something else. 45 minutes goes by our food still hasn’t showed. We ordered burgers so the manager came out and said they were out of burgers. This is 45 minutes later. You know the cool saw the ticket on the line so why weren’t we told 40 minutes ago? The manager didn’t even offer or ask us to choose a different selection. I will never ever go back to this joke of a restaurant. Over heard a waitress as I was leaving telling a customer I guess if you want food we don’t have any. What happened to this place? I would like an answer.
