Came here during the week for dinner with a group of 8. Service was weird. A couple of times we had to go up to the counter to get someone to help us, while other times the server came by. Not sure if it was just really slow service of what, but it was not busy at all. So service should not have been an issue. The food though was very good. Great fresh tire sized pita to start with, and everything we ordered was very good. Hummus was very tasty, same with the vegetarian platters. Will be back.

I won't be coming back. Some guys who work there made a series of lewd and misogynistic comments about women in our group. All these comments were in Arabic, which they assumed we didn't speak. (With 400+ million Arabic speakers worldwide, it shouldn't be a shock that our group had some native and non-native speakers.) We were exhausted and in no mood for confrontation, so we just thanked the employees *in Arabic* as we left, but I'm not sure they got the point. Read through the reviews for this and the other location; this kind of behavior isn't a one-off occurrence for Jerusalem Grill. Basic request: Train your staff to have some decency and respect, at the very least. My food? It was mediocre, though my friends looked like they enjoyed their meals. The warm bread was a nice touch, but I paid $12 for rubbery pieces of chicken cartilage... overpriced bad meat can't be fixed by decent seasoning, and honestly my whole meal was negatively colored by the opening salvo of comments.

Expensive. Limited menu, anything you get extra is overcharged. Their beef kabobs are excellent but fried cauliflower is tasteless and for the to go portion too expensive. Prefer Pasha any day.

Can’t wait to come back! I ordered the Gyro and my friend ordered the Shawarma plate, both were fantastic. The fresh pita bread brought out was fresh and delicious, and the hummus was some of the best I’ve had. The portions are huge, and the food is good :)

Friendly staff. Tasty eats. I'd never been before or had eastern food. I explained as such and they explained all the foods and how they are served. The customers were a mixed lot. Local workers on thier lunch break, other there for a tasty of home. Very clean environment, casual atmosphere. Really enjoy the food and the service. Highly recommend.
