It was my first time here. Customer service was awesome. Love the chicken. Place was nice and clean. Good job everyone!

Tender Tuesday, need I say more? You can't really do better than that. The chicken from this location is always good. Seasoned and fried just right. The staff here, an awesome group of people who all work together to provide good service.

Not very happy with the location on 10603 Huebner Rd, San Antonio. I ordered through drive through for the three piece mixed and they got my order wrong. This is a complete waste of 20 min going back and having to stand in line twice. Worst of all, when I went back, the guy at the counter wasn't even apologizing but says nothing he can do. Good thing his supervisor was standing right next to him and replaced it for me, without much of an apology. So, first time to Bush's chicken will be my last. That's the 20 min wasted that'll never get back.

This is the worst Bush's Chicken in San Antonio. They do something to their tenders to make them very small compared to all the others in town. If you go to a REAL Bush's Chicken they ALWAYS have the 10.99$ 16 piece chicken tenders 4 Rolls and a large gravy EVERY TUESDAY! This place doesn't do it. EVER! The service here is just the worst and they nickel and dime you at this location for literally everything. I don't even like Bill Miller's but even I have to agree you get better value there than here for chicken. If you don't see in big bold print 10.99$ Tender Tuesdays on the order menu know this place is a RIP OFF! The Best Bush's Chickens are like 1000 Oaks and 281 or literally anywhere else. This location is just a rip off don't go here. Go to a good one and get a REAL deal.

This place is the best! Always clean. We love the new GM. He is such a nice person. Makes me and my husband feel like were at home. Kids love it here. Its suppose to be a fast food fried chicken place, but it does not feel like that at all. It fells like home to us. Please go see the new GM and tell him hi. Best fried chicken ever! Definitely our home for dinner at least 3 nights a week. Thank you to whoever the owner is and the GM of course. See you soon! Ohh, also the restaurant is decorated with a nativity set that was hand made. It looks amazing. We love seeing it every time we go.
