Their food is unbeatable. So delicious!!! I love their avocado toast and the lemon ricotta pancakes made my eyes roll back in my head. I'd like to suggest two things for an even more mind blowing customer experience... Ditch the styrofoam cups and go with something more earth-friendly (for waiting customers to get coffee) and offer a French press coffee for your customers! Will be back many, many more times!

My boyfriend and I really loved this place until today, I even took my family once. It took a few minutes for our waitress to get to our table, and then 2 of our four glasses were dirty. We got our food, to which the portions were incredibly smaller than normal, my potatoes were burnt, and they gave us both the wrong toast. We waited for our waitress to come back out to let her know we ordered different toast but we ate the rest of our food so it wouldn't get cold. My boyfriend got irritated enough to tell the hostess who fixed our toast, took plates off the table, and apologized. When we were done with our food, our waitress finally came out with the check and didn't say much. We then paid at the hostess table and an employee asked how everything was, my boyfriend said "kinda slow", she said "the service?", we said yes, and she said "your waitress is actually the manager". What????? Couldn't believe the service we received and then to find out she is the manager. Won't be coming back.

So good. Everything. We hate that it's a chain, but this chain knows what it's doing. The service here is pretty good. The hostesses are nice, as are the managers... Servers are patient and helpful, as well. Not really anything bad to say about first watch, but they did do away with military discounts, which is a bummer.

Food was good but there was a long wait for the food and to pay. We stood at the check out counter for a while before some one came by. I had biscuits and gravy which were good but not like how grandma makes them. Seems like they try to use healthy alternatives.

One of my favorite brunch spots! The food is always fresh and the staff great at offering choices when I can’t pick. My favorite dish is off the seasonal menu, so I’ll be sad to see it go - Chimichurri Breakfast Hash with a side of the Million Dollar Bacon.
