I always go to Golden Chick for the salads. I like how they give croutons on the side with them and aren't shy with the dressing. My last 2 visits I didn't get my croutons and the carrots were very soggy and limp before the dressing ever touched them, and there was one little piece of broccoli. I could barely get the nature of my complaint out of my mouth before an employee told me all of the salads were like that. I had to throw it away before I could finish all of it the texture of the carrots was so bad.The cheese in the salad is hit and miss as well because it can either be damp and soggy-ish or dry on some days so if this how the salads are being served I will steer clear of this particular location in the future.

I would give them a 5 but no greeting when we walked in and the place was empty.... the food was hot and fresh. Love their rolls...

This place is garbage. Came here about 8:00pm as a walk in and ordered the golden chicken basket 3pc. Why did it take me 25mins to get cold chicken an cold macaroni wit burned dinner rolls ??? WHO SERVES BURNED DINNER ROLLS??? This was by far the worst food experience i ever incountered in my life. I say the hardest worker on the place the was this nice youg lady who was cleaning the lobby. I will never eat here again.

Stay away from this place, they are serving undercooked chicken, my chicken strips were pink inside , I repeat, stay away from this place , you will be disappointed, the general manager did not make the situation any better either, will be calling corporate as well

Cashier had an attitude and was very rude. I was ignored by staff. The food is ok I just wished I didn't have to deal with the staff.
