First timer & I was not disappointed! for a food chain restaurant the food was great. The chicken tenders were friend to crisp and the fries were on point! (not soggy) Every plate is served with buttery Texas toast and of course you cannot eat your meal without the one of a kind Zaxby sauce! The atmosphere was cozy, loved how rustic it was.

I first spotted this restaurant while visiting north Carolina 2 years ago, but never stopped and ate. 1st time here in Tx with the wife and it was really good. For us 2 we spent like $26 bucks. Restaurant was clean and employees were fantastic. Great establishment will be back!

The lady at the window treated us like family. Like she knew us for along time. She was so nice. Food was top notch. I love zax.

Terrible experience. I ordered dinner for my family to find NO CHICKEN in my club when we got home.. so I called them talked to Joel he said to come back up and they’ll replace my meal... I had to make another 15 minute drive to the store and all he wanted to do was give me a new sandwich (with chicken in it this time) I asked “that’s all you’re going to do for this inconvenience?” And he said “yea that’s all we can do I can do , I can give you a cookie if you’d like” a cookie? ... so I said “just give me my money back I don’t want your food They obviously don’t have good customer service here...

You gotta order the wings and things! It's a little bit of everything. They also have the coca cola freestyle... giving you endless options for drink selection. The food is served fresh and hot!
