Not good service. Serving portions were awesome. I like to be waited on in a timely matter. Waitress went to get to go box but served drinks to 2 tables before telling someone else to bring box then 10 minutes later I had to stop n ask her for check. That also took 7 minutes to get. Either get more servers or ones that can handle work. Not during the rush either.....

Great place for a visit anytime with any size group. Food is known by all for being pretty good. Nice to decide on eating outside and watching kids play on a playground. Most of the time the staff is attentive and friendly. Just a couple of occasions where we were forgotten and never got refills or items we requested, but, that totally depends on the server. Nice for out of town guests and unique decor. Try it.

Decent, fairly standard Tex-Mex one would expect in a family-owned restaurant in this part of the state. I shared a combo fajitas with my wife on this visit, and it was more than enough. We each had two and brought home enough for her to take to lunch the next day. My only complaint would be the service. We sat outside because of the incredible weather, and the waitress in our part of the deck was quite clearly over her head. It took about 15 minutes before she even acknowledged us. Not sure if they needed more staff or just better staff. Still, it was such a pretty day that we didn't mind terribly.

As long as you're NOT going for the food. The mostly shady playground, the atmosphere, friendly staff, and live music are all wonderful. The fact that there was a chunk of fat and gristle in my beef taco the size of a grown man's thumb was NOT wonderful. So much grease. On everything. Unfortunately, it was not tasty or flavorful grease that can be overlooked and even sometimes appreciated. Gross. However, if you're into huge, cheap burritos, this is your joint. Also, the bathrooms were filthy(potty nearly overflowing and trash in every corner of the dirty floor) so that really made me wonder what the kitchen looked like.

I am almost never disappointed here! The food had never been less than excellent. I received rocky to poor service a couple of times, but most times, it's great service. The playground is such a blessing too.
