Nice and clean environment (looks redesigned), family friendly with a game room, and a very sweet staff. Also, since I have last attended, they have really improved the quality of their food. The chicken noodle and vegetable soup was lovely, pastas were fresh and cooked well, the salad was crisp and had nice topping options, and the pizza (especially) had been really improved to include flat breads, stuffed crust, New York style, hand tossed, and pan with so many diverse toppings-- and, of course, they also have an option to order your own custom pizza, if you wish. It's not a five star restaurant, but it's such a great family option. :)

My experience when I went to this place right off the bat was that it was very dirty. And after entering the place a huge bus showed up packing the whole building. Table service was none at all. They never even came to take the plates off our table. Then at the end when I went to take the kids to play games pretty much all of them were out of order. The staff was very friendly and nice. But I was very disappointed and how dirty the place was. And how no one came to take the plates off our table. The bathroom was clean. The food tasted very good.

My family and I love Cici's. We are a family of 6; so variety just makes sense. And variety they have! We frequent this particular one, at least twice a month. The manager knows our family by name and always starts my husband's dessert pizza as soon as he sees us. Only reason we didn't give 5 stars is: It feels dirty. Not all the time, but some times.

Pizza was very bland (no taste), service was slow on personal request, bar not stocked, had to continuously ask for items such as wings ordered, refill the ranch, personal pizza took 30 min to get, staff was rude. I had to take then boneless wings back because they did not taste good and was asked if "I have even, ever tasted their wings?" Not a good experience at all.

Like the place after the remodel, a lot more games to choose from. The food is always good and hot. Never worry about the food running out. And I like the new system of their cleaning up method. It must be a lot easier on the staff and they don't have to do as many dishes. Finally, want to give praise to this location's store manager, Brian. He keeps a great atmosphere. I always enjoy going back, because he makes my family feel welcomed. I would choose this place over any other place, just because how well Brian runs this location.
