This is a chain restaurant so the food and atmosphere should be the same wherever you go. Compared to my home state of Arizona, this is a true statement. I am a huge seafood fan and even though this is a chain, I absolutely love the food here. All of it. Red Lobster changes the darn garden salads too often, their rewards program needs work, and they raise prices often, but their food is great! I’m torn on giving them a 4 Star - the only reason I did is the wait staff and manager was very confused when I asked to substitute the lobster for fresh fish from the ultimate feast - sometimes my restaurant in Arizona charged me $1 upgrade, which I was fine with. First the manager said he couldn’t and when I pushed back, he came back a few minutes later and said it would be a $2 up-charge - fine. Food portions are on the big side, but not too big that it’s a waste or you can’t finish it. Expect a bill around $60 for two people at dinner. They do have really good, cheap, and quick lunch specials as well.

Started out great. Would have liked to give 4 stars. Wait staff was good, could have kept our beverages better filled. Lobster was a bit chewy and we weren't given proper utensils for lobster. However after eating 1/2 our steak an finding a hair seared on it we were done. The management was great, very apologetic , offered us something else we declined, removed 2 of the dinners from our bill, brought one of us dessert. They really tried making it up to us. Thanks but that is just one of the things we can't stomach....hair.

If you are going to charge high prices you might want to get a better staff and better food. Asked another waitress for a napkin and she literally gave me a dirty look and walked off. Our waitress would not clear off our table until the dishes were piling up everywhere. Brought me my receipt to sign and no pen. They were out of a small size lobster and suggested the bigger size but didn't offer to just charge for the smaller one since they are out of it. Forgot my grandma's baked potato. My husband had to keep asking for refills on his coke and she forgot his beer. We mentioned my grandfather's birthday and waitress didn't care. No wonder the place was dead. It was a freaking overpriced disaster. Will never got back.

Worst Red Lobster I have ever been to. Shrimp Scampi bowl was full of water with a touch of butter floating on top. Baked potato had a HARD BLACK CENTER THE SIZE OF A QUARTER . Don't know what the Hell that was. Coffee and water refills were non existent. Wont go back

Quick & cheerful service. Lobster bisque not that extraordinary. I was really looking forward to the lobster & shrimp roll. The roll was extremely small to make it look like you had an overabundance of lobster & shrimp, which made it difficult to eat without having to wash your hands afterwards. The brownie overboard was outstanding.
