I work nearby and have to usually call in and order, so it is ready when I call they ALWAYS put me on hold! I have been put on place on hold so long that I hang up and call back and then they help me. I don't understand if a place of business is so busy you need to have more employees. My frustration is putting a call on hold right away and having to wait for ever is not good customer service. It would be faster for me to come in and order, but being that I am too at work I can't do that. I highly doubt that anything will be done by this going off the rest of the comments here, but I can't help but to try
