Smoothies were great and made quickly! Didn’t like the happy hour prices but I guess they’ve been all going up lately. Nice employees and clean place. Always smells good. 😃

I ordered a super green kale salad and got a bowl full of iceberg shreds! Asked for an extra dressing, considering you only get a baby cup of it included, and was being charged $.84 extra! They are already being cheap with ingredients and cutting cost by not giving me what I ordered. You’d think they would give me an extra dressing for free! Then I called and was told that $.84 isn’t a dollar so it’s not like I’m really paying more and that Tropical Smoothie corporate has recalled romaine lettuce a month ago and they were told to use iceberg SHREDS! And the ingredients call for two cups of the kale spinach mix, which I still did not receive. It’s safe to say that I will stick to the Portsmouth BLVD location since this one clearly makes up its own rules and ingredients 🙄

Just to let everyone know. I’m reading “Jasmine Alexander”’s review and I laugh because she’s one of those crazy customers who complained about a “peaches and Silk” smoothie that was orange. She swore there were oranges in it because it was orange. But, peaches are also orange? I did not make the smoothie, I was the one who was very kind and understanding to her insane outrage, however she still goes on to blame me. However I did remake it after one of my New co workers made it exactly right. Then, she had the nerve to ask 16-17 year old girls to walk outside in the rain of a NON drive thru restaurant and walk up to her car as she was angry bc of the color of her smoothie. Crazy. I know. Our manager is only there in the mornings. So we called and he said we could not bc it was a safety hazard. She could be waiting there to kill us for all we know, she was insane. So she came in and had a full refund for both smoothies just so she could prove a point that we had no care for. However, I worked there for almost a year and I can gladly say the whole staff are extremely sweet and will fix anything u don’t like. Thank you For allowing me to tell y’all of one the worst customers I have ever had, and still tell stories about to this day almost 2 years later.

I come here almost every morning for a smoothie and sometimes a wrap. The man who works there is beyond friendly, helpful and he remembers my order every time. He also tells me when something I like is coming back. He's great. I wish I knew his name though. Now there's a young lady who works with him and she's awesome too! They are fast at what they do and I really appreciate how customer oriented they are. Great job!

Not a happy camper. Ordered a smoothie and a wrap. The smoothie was sour, a weird consistency, tasted nothing like what it’s supposed to taste like, and absolutely disgusting. The wrap was soggy and gross. The cashier wasn’t friendly. The other two associates looked at me like I smelled bad. Needless to say, I will never visit this Tropical Smoothie again.
