Decided on Red Robin for my birthday dinner with 9 others. Wait staff, bartenders, hostess were all great. After being seated, we ordered our drinks only to be informed the system went down and orders were not able to be put in. I guess the system came back up because shortly after, our drinks came out. We were, once again, informed the system went back down and no idea how long, or if our food order would be able to be put in. Around 7:45, we decided we would head out to another place as we were hungry. We started to leave and were handed our tabs. I completely understand the system going down was not the staff's fault, but being a celebration dinner with 10 women, there was not any 'extra'. I'm honestly not sure if I'll be back to this location. The staff was great, drinks were great but the rest of the experience was not the best.

My wife and myself stopped in this restaurant for the first time today and we both had a very good sandwich. She had the chicken with fries and I had the original cheese burger and all you can eat steak fries. The waitresses gladly took our order and kept a check on us. We will be going back soon.

The food was good and the front staff is nice. Now that I got the good out of the way, every table in a less than half filled bar and dining room were all covered with place settings, glasses, and other accoutrements of past patrons; no exagguration. We ordered and the server did not write anything down. Impressive, right? No, she forgot the lemon for my tea, the fresh jalapeños on my friend's burger, and the pickles on mine. We sat there for over an hour watching Stanley Cup hockey and the tables around us remained unbussed. This is not what I have come to expect from Red Robin.

Good food. The portions are spot on. They advertise bottomless fries but won't serve them till after you receive your meal
