It was ok... service was quick, staff was friendly. The food was a little cold, tables were not cleaned off other than that, I'll go back because there's not a Zaxby's in Virginia beach

Went to this Zaxby's because daughter wanted to try it. We wanted sweet tea, there was none and we were told could not make any, plus the soda machine was not working. The food was cold and they did not give any celery sticks with meal, did not tell us that when we ordered. They just said, when we noticed we did not have it, the truck didn't come in. They should have told me that before taking my money. They did not offer anything in place of the celery, as if to say too bad. Never would I go there again.

Waited forever!! Either they weren't properly trained or can't count. I ordered a 10 pc. boneless & got 8, my boyfriend ordered a 10 pc. wing & got 9. The ranch was put inside the box of food instead of in the bag, do i have to mention the germs? Eww! I get there is suppose to b sauce in the box cuz we ordered our wings as so, but it was everywhere! Even in the side with the celery! I didnt asked for the celery to b tossed in sweet & spicy! I will say the sweet & spicy is REALLY good though!
