This was actually my favorite visit to a Red Lobster that I've ever had. The staff at this location is absolutely incredible. We came a bit late and were hesitant to order a large meal because we were concerned about them not having enough time to close/clean up after. They assured us that there was plenty of time and that we could just eat while they cleaned up. So that's what we did. The food was absolutely phenomenal and the service was impeccable. The staff and service made it feel more like fine dining rather than the mediocre chain restaurant that it is.

Food was ehh, service was HORRIBLE. My boyfriend and I went, looking forward to having a nice lunch somewhere I've never been so I thought this might be nice i was wrong. The girl who was our server was training a very lovely gentlemen. He was nicer than the person training him. I asked her if I could not get rice with my entree and have it taken off the plate, that didn't happen. Then when they bring us our salads while my boyfriend is in the bathroom, they brought him the wrong salad and when I made the girl aware that wasn't what he ordered she got really nasty and rude and told me I was wrong because she was "pretty sure she heard him say he wanted a Caesar salad" which of course she was wrong because I know what my boyfriend likes to eat and after that she completely ignored us for the rest of our meal. Very unpleasant experience and I will not be back.

The food was not fresh. The French fries were soggy, the broiled fish was not properly flavorful. Service was not good. Overall, very disappointing. Talked to the manager about the poor food and service. Left without paying for the partial meal. Do not recommend this place.

How the mighty have fallen! I haven't been to Red Lobster in ages, over 10 years. I do remember how delicious the food was. I used to go as a treat. This time though... Maybe it was because we went on a Thursday or maybe it's the Chesapeake Square location but we spent almost $200 and the food was horrible. My family ordered various plates and the only food items that were decent were the fried shrimp and cheddar biscuits! Even the lobster baked potato was horrible! The potato skin was cold and looked old, not crispy and fresh at all! My fish was broken and tasteless. This was not a pleasant experience and I was shocked that Red Lobster had degraded into a fast food joint. Thank goodness our server was NICE! For that amount of money we'll dine at Captain Georges or some other local, tucked away spot from now on.
