This is by far the worst McDonalds ever. We used to go weekly after my daughters class, but now we just go to the Wendy's across the street. My last encounter was about a 2 weeks ago... I ordered 2 happy meals... 1 cheeseburger no pickle and one 4 piece nugget meal. When I opened the happy meals to give to the kids I realize that in my daughters 4 piece nugget box was just a stack of pickles. I went back around to have it corrected and they didn't have much to say about how it happened. Outside of that I have sat at the drive thru on hold for 10-20 minutes on multiple occasions and it's just a few cars in the lane. Not a care given from the staff. As mentioned before thankfully Wendy's service across the street has always been fast, with correct orders.

They are faster than months early, but unusually, the food was stale and cold. The customer service was good.

Last tuesday March 20 at 11:45 am, I ordered one quarter pounded cheese sandwich ( I repeat it 3 times) and a medium size of mocha frappe, so went to the first window and paid my order. To my surprise the stupid service crew charged me $22.02 ( I'm not sure what's running on her head when she took my order). On the second window, the service crew handed me a bag of 4 quarter poundered cheese sandwich instead of 1. I gave back the three sandwiches and ask for a refund. I called on the next day and talk to the manager, but it took forever to refund my money. What is wrong with you people?.😡

My Mickey D's is a great place because of the management there.
