Their $3 dollar bite box is bomb. If your into spicy food I recommend the spicy buffalo flavor that one is bomb. And the fries are bomb to. Or you can get the $5 dollar box that comes with a small burger a drink small fries and an apple pie. Thar ones also good.

Management was quick to resolve an issue... kindness and courtesy was appreciated. This will be the Rally' s I will visit every time. Great customer service is priceless and this is the late shift...a pleasant surprise.

Food is good. Love the funnel cake fries. I gave a 4 star because i said no cheese 3 times and still got cheese on my burger. Then the employee proceeded to peel the cheese off like they were going to give me that same burger.

Horrible over cooked fries , really rude employees, no thank you, no your welcome, no hi how are you, just mean looks and eye rolls when you ask for ketchup or extra napkins. I pulled up to the drive-thru and the lady had the meanest look on her face she did not say welcome to rallies she did not even speak one word to me. she was very rude even when I asked her for ketchup she didn't say anything even when I thanked her for getting me ketchup she just rolled her eyes at me. I personally I'm a very kind person and very respectful and I have manners than employees at Rally's obviously have not been taught customer service ethics. I personally believe it was because of my skin color that I was treated so rudely at the window as if my money did not matter to the corporation. She had that look on her face like she just hates white people straight up! I only went to Rally's for the fries, the fries were overcooked and horrible, sandwiches toss together sloppy like a two-year-old made it, never again if these are the type of people rallies employs I will take my money elsewhere
