While only ordering a Frosty I observed that this Wendy’s is the cleanest location I have ever visited tons of attention to detail, even the bathrooms were spotless. Daddy’s no excuses there’s even a baby changing table in the Men’s room. The customer service I received was well above 5 stars 🌟James you did an amazing job keep it up, Wendy’s needs more employees like you nationwide!

long line, not set up to handle 12 people at lunch time. Ladies room had no soap or actually it looked like some was in there but didn't work. Which means even employees washed their hands after they touched door handles leaving bathroom n getting back to the counters, the handles were then contaminated so even if the men's room had soap they touched and all the customers were touching same and we know the germs from wiping oneself is not the healthiest. Food was good tho. They should keep emergency bottles of soap for when the Electronic soap dispenser doesn't work people can still practice mandatory good hygiene!

I ordered a simple burger here and it was very cold. The package wasn't even wrapped up fully . I returned it and the lady at the drive thru had a attitude because I didn't want to eat a cold burger. So after she remade it the burger looked like it was just thrown together. Not a great place to grab lunch at unless you want to eat cold food .

Sucks to eat hear for lunch if you're walking inside. Cashiers take forever to acknowledge you and it seems that drive thru is priority there. Literally every cashier are always primarily working the drive thru. Not sure if that's the policy or undermanned.

Slowest "fast food" ever. Drive thru is crazy slow every time we go. Food is fresh though.
