Service was slow, 14 minutes to get waited on. When food was served 20 minutes later it was wrong and cold. Asked to speak with a manager and was told they would be in at 12 noon. After about 10 minutes my wife went to the checkout and she asked to speak to a manager the lady gave her a funny look and stated she was cooking and to busy. My wife said she wanted to talk to the manager. Wife was told to go back to her table and wait there. After about 5 minutes the manager came to the table and she redid our order in 3 minutes. After we finished eating we had to find our server to get the check. The server never checked on us and never refilled our drinks. IHOP was not that busy.

The lemon in my sister's water still had a sticker on it as if it weren't appropriately cleaned/washed/scrubbed. That's kind of a turn off in my opinion as it makes you question cleanliness and proper preparation. When brought to the manager's attention, her response was as if she didn't care but she did offer to bring my sister more water.

My boyfriend and I came here after a long trip in the afternoon. We had a waitress by the name of Pam. She was so great. She took care of us and my water glass was never empty. I tried the cinnamon roll styled pancakes and well, I fell in love. I will be back for those!

It's an IHOP, food is slightly above average and the service is well below average, but they're open 24/7. You come in and the staff see you but don't offer to seat you for a while. The food's quick to come out, but an omelet advertised and pictured with avocado will never include it, unless you ask, and then "they forgot." (They didn't forget, but hope you won't say anything.) I am a sucker for their pancakes, though, and a bit of nostalgia keeps me coming back.
