It is not often that I ever give a rating this low; but the food was so obviously not good, not quality, not hot, not as ordered, and even more so a gross experience.
My mom and I went in this Applebee's to have a nice lunch together. #1 walking in, music was so loud we couldn't hear each other or our waiter. The tables were full of crumbs and sticky and smeared and gross. Mom ordered the sandwich & soup. I ordered sandwich and 4 cheese mac n cheese. Both our sandwiches had raw unaetable bacon. This was so awfully noticeable and the cook has got to see this when he/she assembles the sandwich. Not a quality sandwich at all!!
My macaroni was sooooo disappointing: it's supposed to be 4 cheese; all I had was dry, hard, room temp pasta with oily butter and something sweet tasting. It was way off, like way way off. Just not right!! And the cooks see what they put in the dish!! How can they even think customers will like their food.
No wonder there we only 3 other tables with customers. The food was terrible.
And the building is in need of upkeep, maintenance, and cleaning. Your ceiling vents, walls, floors, and tables are filthy dirty! (GROSS!)!
