Worse service ever! Told them 4 times what I wanted only to have them ignore me and suggest different meals for a much greater price, and then seemed offended I didn't need more food, not to mention the wait was insanely long for that time of day

Restaurant lacked cleanliness with trash over flowing with staff drinks behind the counter. Condiments were misplaced. Workers were laughing and talking so loud they could be heard in the dining room. The feel of the restaurant is very ghetto. Popeyes corporate office should look into cleaning up this restaurant because its not being run professionally.

I don't know what it is about the drive thru. There's supposed to be a certain amount of convenience to this. I have been waiting for a half hour for 10 pieces and 2 sides. Before I got up to the window, I noticed the cars in front of me receiving very slow service as well. Won't be back.

The food is usually pretty good but the service is extremely slow. The staff is usually not very personable but there is one employee, I did not get her name, that had great customer service and was extremely personable and professional. I hope she serves as an example for the rest.

Worst service ever. Waited over 10 minutes for a simple combo order which turned out to be incorrect in the end. One cashier took my receipt and disappeared. I had no proof of my order when a second cashier tried to help me. Customers were aggrevated and one demanded his money back for his wait time. Management laughed at him as he was ranting and eventually gave his money back. Workers were stumbling all over each other getting orders mixed up still as I left.
