It is rare to have such bad service and and management. After ordering and waiting 10 minutes for my order the employees tell me they don't part of my order so I need to change it. When I know the person that was behind me ordered the same thing, was already given their order and left, or should I say was given my order. Then about 2 minutes later they inform me there was no chocolate frosty and would vanilla be ok, well I suppose so since I already paid. It was not ok and I wouldn't have ordered it if I had known. When I went to get a drink from the all in one beverage station it was out of everything but no sign to tell me so, there was a second machine that was not empty so this was fine. Then when I went to leave I had to walk around the store looking for a trash can that didn't have a "no trash" sign on it to throw out my garbage. This was one of the worst Wendy's visits I have ever experienced and it will be a long time before I go back if ever.

Just left here at 11pm; after waiting 19 minutes in line I get to the sceeen to order and I wait an additional 5 minutes to order just to have to repeat my order twice and only for the Caucasian woman to tell me they donâ€™t have any fries. An apology for the extended wait, some signage about the shortage, & a little empathy and customer service training would go a long way here.

Very pleased to find them open after the heavy snowstorm yesterday. Parking lot was plowed and accessible. Inside, the lobby was warm, clean, and inviting. Our service was very friendly and attentive, and the food came out quick and fresh. It was a welcome relief from the cold and snow covered outside.

Is this place fast food? I ordered a chicken sandwich, and it took them 15 minutes to prepare it, if they new it was going to take them that long, they should let the customer know. I didn't have 15 minutes, I didn't even get to eat it. Never again, they suck!!!!!

I hate this Wendy's. Every time I go there's something. Either my food is wrong or my hair turns grey waiting for it. Everybody is rude. They never say thank you for waiting, especially after I've been waiting in a drive thru for 15minutes. I only go here when I'm in dire straits.
