Food was good. Server was very nice and attentive. Environment was nice as well. Only thing that needs to be done is clean! The lamp shade has very obvious splashes of food and the floor was slippery under our table. There was also food and a little trash under our table. When the table is wiped down for the next customer please sweep under the table as well. Cleanliness is a huge part of where I will continue to eat.

To our waitress Cady, Thank you so much for how attentive and prompt you were. You gave us the best service we've received anywhere in a long time, even though we came in right before close. You were such a blessing for us tonight and anytime we come back it'll to be seated in your section.

Out of ALL the Ruby Tuesday's in 757 I love the one on VA BEACH Blvd the best. Mainly because the restaurant 8s always clean and the salad bar is always full. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Seemed like heat was off when it was below freezing outside. Asked for medium steak and I got rare. Baked potato was not hot enough so I had to spit out a lump of cold butter & the rest of the baked potato felt greasy on the roof of my mouth as I ate it. Server was friendly but had to ask for manager to comp at least half the meal since most was sent back uneaten. Will prob never return to another Ruby Tuesday’s - they have been going downhill for a while. Husbands fries were chewy and old, his steak was overpriced! Expected a decent cut of meat for $20, but it looked like it was halved. Manager did take the appetizer off to make up the half off that I requested. Sorry guys, but we won’t be returning.
