I am from Boston and loved Boston Market up there because the quality was so good. I got $18 worth of food at this place and everything was dry and not one single item was amazing. I think the food had been sitting out for too long because it was a slow day?

Went to BM to get my family of 4 dinner. We are from out of town so we just went though drive thru ordered a family of 4 meal. When I got home to eat dinner I was very disappointed with the amount of food I received for $42.00. It was enough for a family of 2. When I called BM, I talked to Brandon who confirmed that we actually received everything we ordered. I was shocked!!! The green beans are rubbery and the cornbread was hard like the croutons; however, the salad was the biggest part of the meal. If your are looking to feed multiple people for a good price and plenty of food go somewhere else!

I went in thinking it was going to be a good experience. I've gone to BMs in other states and loved it. My family and I really enjoyed the food and service there. I came here thinking I would get same. I was wrong. The employees were snarky and my wife's fork was dirty as well. I highly was disappointed. This isn't the BM we are used to. You could just feel the atmosphere was like "what do you want". They didn't carry our plates back to our table, even though I was with a baby. I just wish these people had better attitudes. They acted like we were extra work for them. NEVER going here again. I HIGHLY suggest you go somewhere else.
