We called today right before 11am to reserve a table for 20 people and were told the restaurant doesn’t take reservations so we were little worried about arriving in such a large group. However, when we got there, they put tables together and seated us all together. One server was serving our table and a couple others around us. Although they opened at 11, there were probably at least 20 tables in the restaurant. Our service was phenomenal. The server was very organized and delivered our drinks, then our appetizers, and then our meals (all 20 meals delivered at the same time and all fresh and hot!). Our refills were refilled on time and the food was good. The fried green tomatoes and cornbread was delicious! Kudos!

Myself and my friends go here often for the Gourmet Mac N Cheese. Great service and it's usually pretty quick. Has a bar and TVs surrounding it. Good atmosphere and well temperature controlled lol sometimes chilly if you like warm weather. The food is amazing and always hot when it arrives. The waiters are some of the friendliest people and do a great job at staying on top of drinks. Parking is easy and wait times can highly vary depending on time of arrival. Highly recommend the food in general from great burgers to the Mac N Cheese.

TLDR: 1) Food was average, 2) service was slow and staff very unprofessional, 3) ambiance was the same as any other chain restaurant. DETAILS: 1) our food was actually grilled as you would expect, but overcooked and dry. The wings were the most expensive wings we had in the area but were so overcooked the charred black outer layer overpowered any sauce or rub the wings had the salad was also overpriced for a handful of salmon, spinach, and random ingredients. 2) Our waitress was struggling to keep up with orders, but it was no fault of her own as it seems like the wait staff are required to bus tables as well as serve and take orders. Our food arrived in a timely manner none-the-less but had to flag down the waitress several times to get more water and the check. At the bar a waitress and a bartender were making out in full view of customers, and playing grab ass every time the waitresses passed by the bar, an odd sight for professionals in the workplace and certainly unsanitary when you wonder what they're doing in the kitchen or freezer. 3) Ambiance is as you expect restaurant to be: Large booths, plenty of seating, so TVs at the bar to make you questions if you are a restaurant or sports bar, fake fireplaces that were not turned on, and touch screen table kiosks to keep your busy while you wait for food. -2/5 would not visit again. Go to Mission BBQ down the street or make your own grilled BBQ.

The food is consistently delicious. I've had great service and below average service. I feel that the wait is too long when it doesn't need to be. Today the wait was 30+ minutes at 6PM on Saturday. The issue is that there were lots of empty tables. The manager said they were fully staffed when I asked. Our server was really lousy tonight too. I expect more this restaurants could be great if it was run a little better.

My son is type one diabetic. I asked the waiter for a carb count and got a response you won't find any where else. After talking to us the manager and he went and looked upped the boxes of waffle mix for us and were so helpful and even gave us a discount that we didn't ask for . And the waiter was very great at the is job I mean great he will go somewhere in life with his ambition and personality thank you for a great experience on mother's day
