I've only been to this place for one thing and on multiple occasions. There happy hour bacon jam burger for $7. I also think they have a normal burger for $5 as well. All the drinks are pretty refreshing but weak on alcohol compared to liquor content. But it will get the job done for a decent bill. Happy hour is usually a pretty full bar with great conversation around you. Besides that I wouldn't personally take anyone here to dine in. Their actual menu looked a bit too pricey and I bet doesn't taste any better than their jam burger.

We came here on a Friday night and it was surprisingly slow. Atmosphere was great, but the service and food made it not worth returning. We had an issue at the beginning of the night while we were seated and the manager came over to help out and offered us some crab dip on the house...we never received it. I ordered the steak medallions and it was the wimpiest meal I have ever seen. Literally 4 tiny thin pieces of meat and a little pile of cold spinach and mushrooms for $37. The meat was good, but I was still hungry afterwards.

Great food. Great service. The octopus tastes like steak. I kid you not! It's chewy but it tastes like steak.

Considering the price point I had pretty high expectations. To start, the layout of the restaurant is very uninviting. We were initially seated next to a divider that had a big group right behind it. The noise was unbearable. Mind you the restaurant was mostly empty. We requested to be moved and were with no issues. We were then sat next to a table of some obnoxiously loud people. There was no division. No privacy, unless you had one of the few nice booths, which we did not. On to the food. I order a filet medium. It was barely seasoned, a horrible cut, and cooked probably by someone who is used to working a line at a fast food joint. I’ve had better steaks at dive bars. Worst filet I’ve EVER had. I couldn’t even stomach it. My boyfriend order their Mushroom Onion Kobe Burger and said our son makes better ones at home with the grass fed beef we buy, yet this meat is to be the top of the line. It was overall an overrated meal. The dining experience was not pleasant. On a positive, the hostess was nice and they removed my ‘steak’ from bill. But when the waiter had the manager come out she looked very unprofessional. She was dressed like she should be working as a cocktail waitress at a strip club, not this type of restaurant. We will not be going back.

Took the family there last Friday. Couldn't believe there was no dress code for a place that's supposed to be as high-scale as it is. People wearing jeans and baseball caps....ekkk. Had to sit next to two parties who were SUPER loud and annoying. Couldn't really enjoy the experience with people shouting and cackling non-stop! Really needs to have an area for parties in the BACK of the restaurant. While the service was outstanding, the food was strait sub-standard. I had been to a M & S's out in Los Angeles, and the Steak & Lobster was outstanding, so I had high hopes. Not so much at the VA Beach location. SAD......
