Awesome food. Went during lunch. Took awhile but you wait for good food anyways! :-) I would say the service is good, but what was odd was the bartender was my waitress which she was awesome but the others didnt either want to work or too preoccupied with other tasks. Other than that great atmosphere and music not too loud and everything clean tasty and professional. Much much better than others in Suffolk area. Worth taking the trip out of the way.

Let me start with the positive. It was the waitress that earned this star (Britta). She was awesome. The food took too long to arrive for how busy they weren’t. The steak ordered as medium was super well. The mashed potatoes were super salty. The steamed broccoli was under steamed and super crunchy. The sauce on the steak was nothing but runny cheese. The chicken felt as is came out of a freezer, for over cooked then placed on the plate. The food was all but terrible. The waitress though when told about these items was fairly kind and offered a re fire. We explained that we were in too much of a hurry and she instead gave a discount. All in all I don’t think we will be back to this location.

The food was on point! Hat's off to the cooks at Ruby Tuesday, my sister's birthday dinner was great because of you. Now the needs improvement goes to the servers. Remember to comeback and check on your table, clear your table and not judge a book by its cover. You missed your tip working the tables around us as if we were not there. We didn't get water, refills or a thanks for coming. #Rememberpeoplegivegenerouslyforwhattheyget.

On Thursday, May 17, my wife and I had dinner at this Ruby Tuesday . My pasta and spicy shrimp was a little above room temperature , when it was served . Needless to say We won't be back. We have eaten here a number of times. Our meals were usually good . Ruby Tuesday has removed a couple of items we liked from the menu too.
