I have done dine-in and delivery from Zino's. Their food is quite good for an Italian-American style restaurant. It is a very casual family friendly place. It's certainly good enough that I will be going back. UPDATE: I have been back several times in the last year. The pizza crust is delicious and doughy but with a crispy bottom. Definitely eat pizza there instead of takeout. It is impressive.

We ordered 2 BBQ sandwich and a sub last night for delivery. We waited a hour and15 minutes so i called only to find out they hadn't even started are order yet. I spoke to the owener he said traffic was bad. I asked for a discount he said they don't do that. I let him know who ever is taking the orders should let people know how long it will be. We canceled the order and had another delivery in 30 minutes. I wont order there again

After all most a year we have been ordering from here. It started out great and slowly has gone hill. It has had a few bumps in the road and we have taken breaks. However, today our food came it was smaller than usual, the food was all thrown together oh and there was hair it. The person on the phone told me that was impossible the kitchen staff all wear hair nets. So, in short calling me a liar. They charged for every little extra, such as extra gravy, that will be $2.00 and you WON'T get it. The drivers make more trips back and forth it's not worth the tips they receive. I have not wrote a post before because I believe businesses are entitled to make a mistake or two. However, this has become out of hand. I will not be ordering from here again. We also are a business and we order more than 3 times a week. And I will not be referring to people like I used to. This is a shame, I really enjoy supporting our local businesses. But not this one. Don't order/eat from here you will be disappointed.

Great food! Great service! The owner or manager was cursing at his staff...please don't do that it's off putting. You have some really sweet girls working here.

This was my first and last time ordering from Zino's!!! My food was decent but almost cold on arrival. My drink was left and when I asked the driver about it she stated, "I don't know what you want me to do . . . I can call and see about it." I called to ensure the drink was on its way back to me at 11:38am, 12:12pm, 1:20pm and 1:50pm. Responses ranging from "it's on the way . . . store credit no refunds . . . the driver told me she brought it already but that's not surprising if she didn't. . .refund for a kids size . . . it's on the way;" ending with I will pick it up myself because the work day is now over. This was an inconvenience to me and I was treated as though I was an inconvenience to them. When expressing my concern to the manager for the 2nd time, I was issued the tea, a refund and I requested my tip to be returned. The manager stated that she would return my tip from her own pocket followed by an attitude and hung up the phone. Upon arrival, everyone knew who "the lady with the tea" was. All employees were apologetic; the manager did not personally issue the refund. It was sent through another employee. When you pay for a service you expect the best with an order of $10 or $100. No one should be lied to or disrespected in that manner.
