The employees definitely are not like Chickfila's employees. They seemed very unhappy and were lacking customer service skills (no greeting, no smiles, no upbeat personality) But my order was hot and accurate to say the least. If I'm forking over $30 for some fast food, at least make me feel good about it. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Ever since they've started using fresh and not ever frozen meat, their burgers are unbelievably delicious.. I see why Burger King is gearing up to do the same.. no one could compete once word gets around as to how freaking good these things are.. they crumble and virtually melt in your mouth the same way as a high end restaurant's burgers might.. or a backyard BBQ at a friend's house who isn't a drunk..

I wanted to share my visit to this Wendy location. I am working here from NC. Our family does not eat at the Wendys in NC because of the staff that works there. However I gave this one a try and this is my second visit. The staff was curtious and friendly and my food was served hot and fresh in a timely manner. Also the dining area was clean which I am not used to from our NC location. Would recommend anyone to eat here.

Food is good, staff is mostly polite but not like Chick-fil-A, lucky to have words spoken to you at the drive thru

Location is convenient of the interstate. Drive threw is usually quick. Inside is nice and usually clean and quick. Not bad overall.
