First time eating here and I was surprisingly impressed. Reasonably priced menu with much to choose from. Staff was really friendly and knowledgeable of menu.. I ordered the shrimp the grits (without the kielbasa) and it was DE-LISH! They give you so much of it it’s hard to eat it in one sitting. And the bread pudding was amazing. Definitely a must try... Needless to say I returned the very next day and ordered it again.

We stopped in yesterday for an early lunch. While it was quite busy we only had a small wait for 4 adults and 2 infants. Our waitress was Emily and she was fantastic with my 1 year old grandson. While the adults were still deciding she asked if she could "go ahead and put in the little guys order". So thoughtful of her!!! She place food & drinks with an eye to not being to close to him either!!! More waitresses need to be aware of kids like that. My husband & I frequent Pops Diner, and we will be sure to ask for Emily in the future!

Just down for a visit to the beach and decided to stop by this wonderful diner! Kids eat free and the shrimp and grits was on point! All the food was wonderful and the kids meals were adult size portions! We will make a point to visit this place every time we are down this way. Also a very friendly staff!

Been there twice so far. I like it because I don't have to feel super awkward about bring my toddler since almost everyone else brings a kid or two also. The waitress are friendly and the food is good. Love the family vibes!

My wife and I split the Country Fried Steak. It was plenty for two. $15 for both of us to eat. Great food and service. Kids eat free every day, all day. The only odity was some waitresses pushing shots in your morning juice. Boose is not a plus in my book.
