This is the worst pizza hut I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with! I ordered a cheese pizza with regular sauce and was given their disgusting garlic parmesan sauce. I called to get it corrected and was told a new pizza would be delivered to me in 20 minutes. An hour and 20 minutes later I was told no pizza was coming and they credited my last order. This was not at all what I wanted or was told would happen. The guy who took my order the second time should be fired for incompetence. This store has been screwing up my orders for years now. I will never order from this pizza hut or any other one again!

Ordered pizza from this location because I had to stop at the Walmart near by. Pizza Hut always has great sales randomly, so I had to take advantage of thaaaaaat. When I arrived I was greeted by Ravlyn She then asked me if I wanted to see my pizza, and I said yes. I wanted to eat it right then and there honestly. She was very polite and had great customer service. I didn't even have to ask pepper or cheese like I normally do, it was an automatic question.

I placed a order for carryout. The stuff when I arrived were not friendly. No one greeted me, no one was washing hands. Female employees had extra long nails with no gloves on. The male employees had pants falling down where I could see they butt crack. Trash over flowing, everything look nasty and dirty. When my food was ready, it wasn't the way I ordered it. The supervisor asked what I wanted her to do about it.

Really enjoyed this Pizza Hut until my last two orders, the first one they messed up and I did not have time to wait on a remake because I was on lunch at work. Not only did they mess up the pizza they didn't even make my bread sticks so I had no lunch. The next time I went I use the credit that they had refunded me from that previous order to get the exact same order. I do pick up order generally and when I got there after about an additional 15 minutes of waiting I was told my pizza would have to be remade. After about another 30 minutes of waiting they couldn't find my pizza and weren't sure if my bread sticks have been made once again. By the time I actually got my pizza the crust was incorrect and my bread sticks had no seasoning on them. I'll give that the people were helpful and communitive however two times in a row I wasn't able to eat because they kept messing up my order.

Called to place my order for carryout 75 minutes prior to receiving my order ..1 large pizza. Upon arrival, Pizza hut was having technical difficulties with not being able to bump through orders. My order was not showing up on screen. After talking to mgmt and getting nowhere in this process one of the employees who clocked in early (told by mgr to clock in early due to multiple issues) recommended for me to do another order..no problem...waited 40 mins following that order before my food was ready. I watched 3 people ask for their $ back as they were waiting for an extensive time too. Manager was rude to me and everyone else who had complained. After that experience, I want some sort of compensation to make it worth ordering from the lynnhaven location again.
