Bojangles is known for its quality chicken and biscuits, but people often forget they have grits also. Unfortunately several times I've not been provided salt and butter for my grits order. This is a travesty and any self respecting grits eater who wouldn't provide a customer ordering grits those necessary staples should be slapped by their mother or aunt or whichever elder they are related to that eats grits. The level of disappointment I had when I returned to my abode to discover that these grits were given to me plain and without the love that the Lord put into them on the third day of creation (God made plants on the third day which is interesting because the sun came after) was incapacitating. I'm compelled to provide this review so that others don't suffer the same fate I have and so that Bojangles management and supervisors take action to correct something that could be included on the list of mortal sins.

The food is always great. However, management needs a better system. The cashier should take orders and not have to step in to put entire orders together causing patrons to wait and order or even some left because of the wait.

The restaurant is very nice and it has a nice dining room and the people are very friendly and my son enjoyed it he got $8.99 all you can eat chicken and sides and he loved it. They have that special from 4 p.m. till 8 p.m. and it's a great deal and he really loved the food and so did I

Went there tonight around 8 to get dinner. I ordered the 8 piece tailgate with mashed potatoes, gravy and green beans. After paying for my meal I was ask to pull to the front of the store because they were waiting for the mashed potatoes. After almost 10 minutes of waiting someone comes out with the food I ordered. Before I left the parking lot I checked my order to find that there was no gravy. so I had to get back in line and wait to get to the drive through window again to let them know that I was missing the gravy. The tail gate says it will serve 4 people but only if each person gets a spoon full of potatoes and a spoon full of green beans and the gravy will only serve 2.
