It was my first time going to an Applebee's restaurant, and I have to say that it was not the best. Our waiter was okay, but he could have been a bit more professional. He spoke informally as if we knew him and were close. As far as the food goes, it was kind of disappointing. Our appetizers were not hot at all, and neither were our entrees. My mother had to ask for my food to be reheated since nothing on the plate was hot. The food itself was decent. I was expecting a bit more from this place considering all of the commercials that are shown on television. My family and I will not be coming to this restaurant for a while.

Great night. We had a birthday celebration. The food was great. My son in law's steak was not rare ...We sent it back and they fixed the issue. The new steak order was delicious..Our waitress Asia was fun and very inviting. She visited our table often and made sure we had everything we needed. We have her an 11 on a scale of 1-10....Great Job young lady. I will be sending my family and friends to your resturant. ...Lolita Byers

This location was the worst ever! Food was over cooked and burnt. The mashed potatoes were so bland. My sons kids platter was better.. save a buck and make it at home... avoid this place... I won't take my clients to this location... ever...

Ax not happy this visit, and I'm normally a happy customer. I ordered for the curbside to go. They told me my wait time was 12 minutes. I told the person on the phone I was in traffic, so I would be there as soon as I could. I called at 453pm. That meant my meal should be ready at 505pm. I probably arrived about 510-515. I called at 520, and they were walking out with my food.then. Then it was another 5 minutes to pay, get my card back, etc. First of all, don't give an unreal time to pick up food. 2nd, why, as a large chain, do you not have those tableside credit card scanners? Would save time.

We love the appetizer specials. This particular day I ordered a burger and fries extra crispy. Epic fail on fries, not well done or even warm but our waitress didn't revisit the table.
