My southwestern chicken sandwich was delicious. It took a while but it was lunchtime so they should have had more help.

Service is always fast, and food is always hot. This is a great location.

Frosty was good. Cynthia, the cashier was polite and professional. But the manager, who did not directly speak to me, in front of more than 9 customers, shamed Cynthia in a very unprofessional and disrespectful manner. For one, someone with that type of “attitude” should not be working in a supervisory position. All of the staff were so nice and fast. But Nya, the manager at the time, is a total douche. You don’t talk to people like that. Cynthia was doing her best but she forgot and instead of just saying, “hey, you got this Cynthia, I believe in you, do better” type of re-enforcement, she belittles her and screams loud enough for the entire area of people to hear “Cynthia, I’m tired of telling you this. Ask them dine in or take out. Don’t make me have to tell you again because I’m sick of having to tell you this over and over again. Don’t mess up again. Don’t make me have to repeat myself!”. Cynthia was atleast 50 years old. Supervisors need patience. Get rid of Nya. She probably brings something good to the table, but based on how everyone in the line looked and everyone asked Cynthia was she ok and told her that her day will get better, it’s obvious that no one agrees with her and the rest of the staff just tried to Lee their heads down. Wendy’s has been known for good food for with a good experience, but the experience today was one I know Wendy’s would not be proud of. I’ll stick to the drive through because this experience totally turned me off.
