I've been there twice. I had to ask for a refund both times. The second time I asked for a refund was today (5/29/18) at about 1600. Me and my friend ordered the two topping two pizza each 5.99. The pizzas rang up at 9.99 plus 1.50 for each topping. We realized what happened after we paid and asked for a refund. The GM said I'll give you about $33 store credit. My buddy said "k." Then we sat down and I did the math and decided I didn't want to have to go back to that place ever again and I wanted a refund so I went to the counter and asked for a refund. The GM said that since he took store credit, she wouldn't give me a refund. I said well he accepted store credit, but I did not. Then she said well I'm not giving you a refund. Whoever she is needs to be trained on customer service and then promptly fired.

Restaurant was decently clean, and not overly busy, however the table tops were sticky and I was not particularly pleased to see employees helping themselves to drinks that I paid $2.50+ for.

Love the buffet. The @twerkingchef Eboni Henry is now running this particular Pizza Hut.

This s was by far the saddest Pizza Hut buffet I’ve paid for, was half tempted to ask for Refund like the customer before me. Please keep your buffet up to par during its lunch hour.

If i could give it 0 stars i would! I ordered hot boneless wings and all they did was pour a little bit off sauce over top and it barely had any 😠when i go to other pizza huts they toss my chicken in the sauce so that’s it’s fully covered. Didn’t notice it until i got up into my room because of delivery 🤦â€â™€ï¸
