Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with ketchup only. Waited more than 5 minutes at the window for a "fresh" one. Got home to find they'd put everything on the sandwich, and my husband wouldn't eat it (can't "pick off" the mayo). Money down the drain.

The manager on duty when I was there was amazing! He asked everyone how there meal was, they were quick and efficient, the manager even said bye and called me by my name on my order as I left! I felt super welcomed in a fast food environment and that’s rare!

I'm posting about Wendy's on Little Creek Rd across from Moe's. This is the worst Wendy's I have ever gone to. 1st time it didn't have fries & the burger was exceptionally greasy. 2nd time it only had vanilla Frosty's. No chocolate. I will NEVER go to it again. Do yourself a healthy favor & go to Moe's! Any other Wendy's I give 5 stars!

Just went thru your DT and had a great experience. The cashier Sheniece was super, very friendly and made you feel welcomed! Young lady handing out the orders was extremely pleasant as well. Was there yesterday and my experience was horrible. Cashier did not look at you while taking your money or handing back your card. Just rude! Young man at the second window took food outside to a car, then got on his phone while my order was at the window. When he got to the window i asked him is that my order he then hands it to me. Which is all cold now, potato skin hard ad a rock. But today great!!!

Line cook eating nuggets while wearing gloves and proceeds to grab a cookie with hand while wearing same gloves. Customer service is good but could use some smiles and greet customers.
