Bojangles’ is one of my favorite restaurants, but this location could use some work. Each time I’ve been here the customer service and food quality left much to be desired. Last time I went, the person taking my order at the drive thru sounded like they took a tranquilizer. The cashier at the window wordlessly reached for my card, and handed it back to me; no greeting, no repeating/checking my order, no “Thank you”. I could get over the lack of customer service if the food was good quality. But unfortunately, the food is often dissatisfying for me. The fries in particular do not taste fresh, which sucks because I love Bojangles’ seasoned steak fries. I’m not going to go to this franchise location for a while. I’m glad that someone from Bojangles’ is responding to these negative reviews. Hopefully, in time some changes will be made.

Went there this morning for breakfast not a happy camper.... Literally order a bacon egg and cheese sandwich just to realize after 1 bite they forgot my bacon.... I was livid so now I have to leave work and go back up there and then I hear someone in the background talking about there's no way like I'm going to lie about some damn bacon

We used to go here a lot when they first opened but the service has gone down hill.The last time thru the drive thru,I was trying to place my order and the cashier kept interrupting me so it took forever to order.She acted like because I was ordering 4 meals(all the same except 1 had coffee instead of oJ) I was ordering a huge amount of food and she tried to short me 1 meal.I ended up parking and going back in ,the manager had to look through my whole order before she would give me my other meal.The manager was rude.I finally said just give me my money back.It took 20 minutes for that fiasco and I was angry,My husband has ordered food there but until they get new workers and new management not me.

I had went to this location last night with my mom the employees where very nonexcistant the manager with no name tag but with blue eye contacts took my moms order as a proceed to the counter she grabs her cell phone and makes a call then walks compleatly outside fogetting all about me it took an employee five minutes to take my order im seriously not the one to complain but last night sent me on the edge another employee was plasting rap music while on back line not to mention he took a huge sneez and didnt bother to cover his mouth the worst experience ive ever had

While on family vacation we stopped in after a day on the beach. It was my first time ever eating at a Bojangles. Hot and run down we ate in the building. Lobby was clean, bathrooms were clean and employees seemed experienced with handling large crowds. They treated us like family, and when my daughter made a mistake ordering her food they did not hesitate to fix the issue. The ladies were very professional and eager to please. Thanks, from the whole family!
