Went there at 9:53 a.m and I sat in the drive thru until 10:00 without being served, I then proceeded to go into the building, I parked on one side of the building but ended up having to walk to a completely different side of the building because the doors were locked. This location was supposed to open at 9 a.m. but obviously not. I then mentioned to the manager on duty that the whole scenario was a huge inconvenience and the most she could say to me was, “we wasn’t ready” ...are you serious??? This location has to do better, I understand being short handed and sometimes things do happen but maybe if the manager on duty had a better rebuttal than “we wasn’t ready” I would of felt somewhat better.

This use to my favorite Wendy's in Norfolk. But I came thru the drive thru on 5/16/18 @ 11:22 p.m. and the lady taking the orders was so rude to the customers ahead of me. I gave it 3 stars because the food was hot & fresh. But they need to work on customer service...

This used to be our fave Wendy's... lately, we've pulled away twice after waiting too long in the drive thru and today, we sat for close to 4 minutes at the speaker before being acknowledged, then another 7 minutes waiting for the transaction to be completed. Never again!

Seriously, the worst Wendy's I've ever visited. So incredibly slow! We sat in the drive thru for about 35 minutes and it looked like most of the staff was outside, taking a smoke break the whole time. I think they actually had to hatch/raise/slaughter the chicken to make my chicken sandwich. The food was typical Wendy's, but the wait was extraordinary
