This will be the 1st and last time I ever eat Bojangles! I felt like I was being served fried bats. Easily the most disappointing meal I've ever had at a Drive-through. They had the smallest sides I'd ever seen. Everything tasted off from the biscuits to the soda which I asked for without ice and got a full cup to the ridiculous chicken. Everything else tasted so bad that I didn't want my toddler to taste the literal scoop of macaroni and cheese did they gave me. I just hope that I'm not sick later for trying chicken of the cave. I find now it's somebody gave me a Bojangles gift card I would throw it away. I find now if somebody gave me a Bojangles gift card I would throw it away.

This was my first time having Bojangles chicken and it was awesome 😎 great customer service. The little lady that cleans the lobby was super friendly and made us feel welcome love learning some of the history of Norfolk.

Food is normally good. Service is not great at all! I don't think I've ever been and had a great experience with the service from employees or managers.

The employees were very personable, and helpful with menu suggestions. Most of all the food was well prepared, and delicious.

I've never been to Bojangles before. Had a 2 piece chicken meal (dark meat) and a biscuit. It was very good! A little spicier than I expected, which I like.
