Our whole family went here about a week and a half ago. There were no open tables inside so we did the drive in. Our waitress was so nice and we were impressed with how she memorized our whole order (we also had an order to-go). The service was quick and she came out with another waitress who was helping her as we had two trays full of food. The problem came when the other waitress told ours that she needed to pass out the food because we couldn’t do two trays. I understand this might be the policy and that it is hard to keep track of them and people might steal an extra one or whatever. But the five of us literally had all this different food sitting in our laps making it hard to enjoy because everything was spilling everywhere. It would have been nice to have two trays since we couldn’t get a table or a to-go bag. The other waitress was literally yelling at ours across the parking lot about this one dumb extra tray and it made us just want to leave. No customers want to see another employee trash talking one who is putting forth the effort to best serve their customer.

I've been coming here for over a year now since I moved here. I heard about this place through Diners, Drive Ins, and Dives and wanted to try it out. I'd have to say it's lived up to its hype. I enjoy the drive in environment and the nostalgia it brings. The food is fantastic for the price (it's really affordable!); Great burgers & milkshakes, and their limeade is unlike any other I've had. The service can be hit or miss, depending on if you come during a busy time of day or not, so just something to keep in mind. This is a great establishment and hope it continues to stick around!

It's a retro diner, with very affordable prices. I ordered fries, grilled cheese sandwich, a coke, and ice cream all for $10.25. Truck stop quality food but you get what you pay for. The color scheme, the atmosphere and the drive up service where the waiters/waitresses literally walk up to your vehicle and take or deliver your order takes you back in time. Enjoyed my time there.

I have been coming here for decades since I was a very small boy, and though I don't live in the area anymore, whenever I come into town(hopefully at least a few times a year) I still go here, and it never disappoints. Historical fact that these guys invented the first ice cream cone machine(back in the 1920's I think) is awesome, and the fact that they're still using that technology is even more awesome! I usually get a bacon cheeseburger, and then some delicious ice cream! You simply can't go wrong with this place! I don't know about the other bad reviews on here, but I'll probably come here more than 100 times and I've never once had a bad experience, I love it! You guys rock!

It's just OK. The nostalgia of the place is better than the food. Cool atmosphere. Nice to see a functional drive inn. But it ends there. Food was OK. Ice cream was below avg. Root beer float was the highlight. Not worth a special trip.
