Solid neighborhood Italian restaurant. Quirky decor and feel of a family restaurant. Wait staff was very friendly and thoughtful, and the food was (not the best I've ever had but) very solid - it's exactly what you think of for American diner-style Italian food. Portions are HUGE and they serve generously large bread as appetizer. Great place for casual date. Extremely kid friendly as well (there's a separate game room). Bathrooms very clean. Thumbs up all around!

Where do I begin. We were with a party of 18 so I was able to try a large variety of their food. The veal, overcooked and salty. The chicken was awful and salty. The lasagna tasted like salt with a dash of meat. Possibly the worst Italian food I have ever had. We ordered a cheese pizza and a gluten free pizza. My 3 kids wouldn't eat either of them. That's pretty bad when kids won't eat pizza. And lastly... The service. Want refills, plates cleared? Forget about it. Pick up your own stuff and move it to another table. I was even brought dessert with my finished dinner plate in front of me. As if I had room to eat. Before I forget, the chocolate cake was dry. Everything in this restaurant comes from the freezer. Do yourself a favor and eat at home. Maybe a TV dinner perhaps.

Wish I could give this place 10 stars. This is my favorite restaurant in the city or Richmond. Awesome staff and food. Vicki is the best.

Very tasty subs and the fried calamari was tender. Had a veggie sub with cheese. Lots of fresh goodies. Cheese steak sub and club had by others in group were all said to be delicious. Typical Italian fare. Lots of tables and booths.
