Worst Wendy's in the known universe. Expect wait times in drive thru from 45 minutes to an hour. Employees are standing around, doing nothing, going out to their cars and smoking weed. Looks like an awesome place to work if your a thug out on work release. Do yourself a favor and drive to another one. No matter how far it is, you'll get your food quicker. I literally saw an employee walking around in his underwear. Not sure why, it was so weird. I think it was even the manager. Lol.

This was the worst visit ever. I waited in the drive thru nearly 20 minutes, finally got to order, and then the shim (yes i said shim)that took my order was apparently mad at the previous customer and took it out on me. Just rude and nasty as she/He wanted to be. The poorest customer service I have ever had at a Wendy's. Then to top it off. I finally get my food and it was shoved out the window at me, her/his hand was all over the top of my cup (nasty) and if the French fries got any colder, they would have been frozen. I looked through the window, nobody had on any hair nets and some with no gloves. By the way, as I pulled from the window, I stopped to check my order and the manager was next door at 7-11 smoking and chatting with someone in the parking lot. Came over and yelled to the shim at the window. WHY IS THIS CAR SITTING HERE. mind you, never once asked me,was everything ok. Just went yelling from the parking to the inside of the store. I felt like I had just pulled into ghettoville. Awful experience. No more late nights at that Wendy's for me. I only put one star for the ratings, because it wouldn't let me post with no stars at all.

We eat here often as it's closest to where we typically are but there are certain times when it's better to not go. For example, there is one manager that works there (at least she acts like she's a manager) That does nothing but micromanage everyone around her to the point where it takes 25 minutes for two burgers and two fries. This same manager stood there making comments about the slow staff and how she wasn't going to do their jobs too while standing in front of everyone waiting to either order or waiting for their food. Other times we've gone and had exceptionally speedy service that's polite and the foods been really good then. Also, they rarely have baked potatoes after 5 pm so if that's what you want, go across the street to Krogers and by yourself a potato to make a home.

Opps am I here again tried the chili the Chile use to be a-1. !!now you make the call buddy had the double burger mcd wuarter lots better. File. Filoapril 19 lunch fries are good!!!
