Never would have expected to give any IHOP 5 stars, but my visit was utterly perfect. Great service - Anthony is friendly, attentive, and ultimately a great quality server. The restaurant was clean, even later into the evening, well lit, and inviting. This is a far cry from the average 24 hour IHOP from fifteen years ago. The food arrived quickly, was hot, and was surprisingly good! I know IHOP had made some menu improvements since the last time I had visited, but I wasn't expecting it to be quite this good. Definitely give it a try, and tell Anthony I say hi!

My experience today was pleasant. My Egg-white Veggie Omelet was cooked to perfection. Our waitress was very attentive but not bothersome. I appreciated the "new" manager coming over and introducing herself and inquiring about the service. It shows me that she "cares".

Great service even though they were short a couple of waitresses. The food was great. I would recommend this restaurant.

Went in and nobody else was there (customers or staff). Had to go in search of staff. 10 min later finally found someone in the kitchen. I think she was a manager and was very nice. Our server was pleasant also. My only gripe was that my coffee mug was dirty and had lipstick stains on it. My food was good but I was seriously sick on my stomach later on that evening. I will not be eating here again.

I started this review with just 1 star based on my long wait for a host to greet and seat me because I initially walked inside and no one was there to do so. The restaurant was not at all busy and the wait time is ridiculous and had to ask the server assisting another table to have someone take my order. The ONLY reason I added 2 more stars to this review based on the great customer service my server, Torren #345, had given me. Being in the field of hospitality myself, I give credit to when credit is due. She was extremely polite and that changed my initial perception of this IHOP location. Food was prepared well and my server was great but they truly need to up their game on the host/hostess position and train them to have a smile on their face and not abondone their station for so long.
