Husband+ I frequent Hardee's. Love the food, and staff. Sometimes slow but so busy it can happen. Love biscuits. People need to come before breakfast about over,. Don't expect biscuits after 11 am. Busy trying to get lunch ready 10:30am

The place was a nasty mess . Very poor service. The sweet tea was no more than brown water.this is the normal way for this store. Employees standing outside and a long line of customers waiting 20 minutes or more. Will not be back

Through the drive-thru was extremely slow. The afternoon shift is not like the morning shift! My burger was delicious and hot!

The only reason they get one star is so I can post. This is the sorriest place ever. If upper management (GM etc) can't tell it by the income and complaints EVERYBODY does..they are just as stupid. My wife had a prescription to fill at Walgreens. They said it would take 30 mins. I said ..jokingly..lets go to hardees...it took 30mins plus...it's sad because the food was still cold...the frisco burger was barely toasted. At least let the food be hot if a person has to wait 30 mins for it. And like the other post said. The girl that brought us the food looked high and full of sinuses...sad. But again. I blame hardees management...the workers are allowed to do what they do because of management. Never again..but her prescription was ready..the high point..

Im quite hungry but just walked out of the line and left. There are 8 people ahead of me all verbally complaining about their wait. I looked at the timer screen that they have at the drive through window and the timer was over 20 minutes for 2 orders. I dont have an hour to wait for a biscuit. Corporate needs to bring some heavy hitter trainers and secret shoppers to this location.
