juicy delicious chicken. great biscuits. great sides. friendly and helpful staff. what more do you need from your fried chicken establishment? one star deduction for the lack of self-serve beverage refills.

They constantly mess up my order. I asked for honey mustard and they gave me packets of honey. I asked for a cup of water and the cashier questioned me as to why water and not a different drink, I asked for water because that's what I wanted to drink. Then she asked if I'd like a bottle of water and I said no because the last time I asked for a bottle of water they gave me an up charge (which was naturally expected) but then they didn't even have water bottles. On top of that any other time I ask for a cup of water I usually get a medium sized up but this time I was given a small cup. They also serve extremely slow and they aren't even Courteous when serving. In addition they have severely inappropriate conversations that everyone standing in line can hear. And the only reason I continue to go there is because I work right across the street and I do not drive so sometimes they are literally my only option.

Fast service and great food. If you get strips, make sure to verify your sauce is in the bag before leaving.

Hands down slowest Bojangles in the state of Virginia. Every time I’ve ever been here it takes at least 30 minutes to get your food. Plus, how do you run out of honey mustard????? Go up to Midlothian or hit a nearby Bojangles. Avoid this one like the plague.
