I just ordered from this place for delivery. Both of My pizzas were late. I had ordered both with veggies on top, One of the pizzas didn't have any sauce. And the other had a pepperoni on it. When I called the manager (whose name is Will) And explain to him that my family has a severe pork allergy. And that the pizza came with a single pepperoni on it, he laughed at the situation instead of apologizing. Never again will I be ordering from this place. Very unprofessional, they do not care about the customers at all. He did not understand the severity of the allergy we have.

Had coupons for free pizzas because the previous order was messed up! this time they got it wrong and the cook had the nerve to say her burn it (he used more colorful language)! Used to like them but won't be using them again in the near future. The MOD was pretty cool though.

Multiple times I have tried to order here and usually it’s always wrong- completely wrong. Made an order today online and waited an hour and a half and no call no text- I call seeing where my order is and they say they have no drivers for delivery today. Didn’t tell me they had no drivers- called the wrong number 1 and left a “voicemail” this place sucks and has lost a customer completely

I placed an order at 7pm, at 8:45 after checking the tracking feature on my phone an see my food was not scheduled to be delivered for another 185 mintues. I called the location and told the guy I would pick up my food as he said it would be ready in ten minutes and I live 2 mins from thus location. I arrived to this location 8 mins later. I walked into what appered to be an empty store "not one" person in sight. The store was an absolute Wreak!!! There was pizza sauce all over the floor, a sink full of dirty dishes. After working in the restaurant industry for years I could see grills were coveted with old grease. ABSOLUTELY disgusting! Thus was the first time I ever physically went to the location and Im glad I did I will NEVER order from here again and suggest no one who cares about their health does either. Just as I was about to leave after stsnding at an empty counter for a least three minutes I here a voice yell "here I come". Out sufaces a dishouvled man I tell him I just called to pick up my order. He reaches into a warmer full of orders and pulls out my food opens the box where I could see the black dirt caked under all of his finger nails and shows me food that wasent even supposed to be done, yet it was cold and obviously old. I informed this tall skinny curly hair ungroomed man that I did not want this food and left. My card was charged for food I didn't not receive and bluntly told this person I did not want. I will be see the manager of this establishment first thing in the morning!! This place is Awful and needs a visit from the health department. I'm glad I took a trip to see where I have been ordering from and what kind of people are handling my food.

We've been ordering from this place for quite a number years and it's always been excellent until the last 5-6 months it's gone to hell. The Pizza is either extremely late or they need us to go and pick it up. They constantly mess up orders Forgetting the crust topping. Making the wrong pizzas. (Hand tossed instead of pan) Forgetting sauces and sides and drinks. Trying to charge for pizza already paid for / using a coupon . Just last night the pizza was nearly inedible. It didn't taste like is should and Half of the pizza was rock hard and the other half was puffy blobs on a hand tossed pizza. I don't know what happened to you guys but something better change soon.
