Frank's West is a little like a hidden jewel. It's not right out in the main stream with all the other places with Italian names. That are found ALL around the country. (You know the ones I'm speaking of). However once you find it you won't want to go anywhere else!!! The owners and managers are Italian , from Italy. And when you enjoy the food there, you will feel as though you too were in Italy! It's just AMAZING!!! And they are all so friendly and happy to serve you. It's definitively a must if you haven't been there!!!!

The pizza here is horrible. I placed a telephone order for two large pies. They were dry and over cooked. I called the manager to report the issue. He was very rude to me. My husband and I have eaten her in the past and was pleased with the dine in service. I thought it would be okay for carry out, big mistake!

Called in take out over w/e. Prepaid. Went to pick it up, could not find it & really did not seem concerned. Finally found it & wanted me to pay. Upside, food good. Don't do takeout on Fridays
