Family last day in town, and went to Moe's on Three Chopt about half an hour ago , and had the worst customer experience of my life. My brother and I were being rushed from the very beginning of the order. They literally heat pressed the tortillas for 3 seconds. The Manager *Andrea who was rolling mine would would cut me off from speaking, ignore me, and get very angry and rude the whole entire time when selecting ingredients. The burrito my brother ordered as well as mine ripped when they try to roll it due to the lack of heat preparation. The manager who was rolling my burrito was extremely mad it ripped. The ripped burrito is no big deal at all, I then asked for the already built combination of food to be placed in a bowl with a tortilla on the side. The Manager *Andrea then placed the tin foil wrapped tortilla ON TOP OF MY FOOD, SITTING ON TOP OF THE INGREDIENTS AND THE SAUCES. The nearby employees, looked shocked. As a person who has worked in restaurants 7 plus years it baffled me she is a manager, or even employed in the restaurant industry. *Andrea *" Manager"

Not sure where to start. I paid over 500.00 for a lunch to be delivered. The lunch was ordered 2 days prior. I tipped even before it was delivered, thinking it was going to make things better. The lunch was an hour later than I asked it to be delivered. The order was incorrect and food was missing. 60.00 of it never showed up. When I asked, the manager snapped and said he sent extra food and they can wrap the burritos themselves. When I told him I wanted them, he said he will bring them over. They never showed up. I called there 6 different times and got an attitude from the manager. I got the WORST customer service I have ever had in my life. Corporate office needs to get involved. I will never order from this Moe’s again. Horrible and unacceptable.

It is a complete mystery to me and my family how this location is still operating. We drive to Innsbrook now when we want moes for a few reasons. - they dont run out of basic ingredients and supplies including chicken and side cups for salsa, queso, etc. -it only takes 5 minutes to get food and time employees actually know the menu - employees have been properly trained and dont complain when you ask for your sour cream or guac to be spread instead of sitting in a chunk The staff at this location was amazing until about 6 months or so ago. I dont want to be rude to the employees and tell them how to do their job so I'm choosing to go to the Moes with responsible ownership out in Innsbrook. Take some pride in your business or sell it to someone who does

Staff was friendly but VERRRRRRRY slow. Took about 15 mins for them to finally finish my Closetalker. I love Moe’s but this location is always slow & out of items. Like I said staff is friendly but honestly it’s a gross store. One employee put on gloves but they ripped & they kept them on! Another was handling taco shells without gloves on. Pretty gross....
